Refund policy

Because products are delivered digitally, refund eligibility may be limited after files or course materials have been accessed. This does not remove any rights available under applicable law.

Requesting a review

Contact support with your order number, the product name and a clear description of the issue. Duplicate charges, corrupted or materially inaccessible files, and incorrect fulfilment will be investigated.

Not normally eligible

Change-of-mind requests after access, incompatibility where requirements were clearly listed, and dissatisfaction based solely on expected business results may not qualify.

Processing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
