No physical item is shipped. After server-verified payment, products are associated with the purchasing account and become available under My Account.

Secure access

Download links are generated for the authenticated customer, expire after a short period and do not reveal the public file location.

Pending payments

Access is not released while a payment is pending, failed, cancelled or unverified. If your bank reports a debit but the order remains pending, contact support with the order and payment references.
